In honor of the Fall Equinox, we will guide you through gentle movement, meditation, and a sound healing experience, using crystal singing bowls, the gong, and more! We'll take a journey to release energetic blockages and find deep relaxation and healing, followed by time for gentle integration with tea and conversation.

Plan to arrive no later than 5:20 pm. The sound bath will begin at 5:30 pm, concluding by 6:45 pm.
