In honor of the renewal of spring, your own force of LIGHT within you (Happy May the 4th!), and to support you in the experience of the quickening energy on the planet, we will guide you through gentle movement, meditation, and a sound healing experience, using crystal singing bowls, the gong, and more! We'll take a journey to release energetic blockages and find deep relaxation and healing, followed by time for gentle integration with tea and conversation.

Plan to arrive no later than 6:50 pm; doors will close at 7:00 pm. The sound bath will begin at 7:00 pm, concluding by 8:15 pm.
